Über diese Publikation

Although information about the animals and birds in the forests of Livonia in the 13th - 16th centuries can be found in written historical sources, animal bones obtained in archaeological excavations are still important, as they are for previous periods. The ideas expressed in the paper are in fact based largely on analysis of data on bone material, as well as written historical sources.
